12. 12🇹🇳 TunisiaAfter President Saied's February 2023 speech on 'irregular migration', Human Rights Watch documented racist attacks, evictions and around 850 arrests of Black foreigners, including students and legal residents, and 2024 saw further mass expulsions.30Caution
